Real work, handled with care.

Your account & data

Your account and the stories in it are yours. We store what we need to run the service — your account details, your stories, and the locations you pin them to — and nothing is sold to advertisers.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the iOS app, or by asking us. Deletion is permanent. There’s no self-serve export yet — if you want a copy of the data we hold on you, ask through the support form and we’ll handle it directly. Your rights under UK GDPR apply either way; the detail lives in our privacy policy.

Verification & credentials

Before an image can join a story, it’s checked on our servers — not in your browser, where checks can be faked. If anything in the check errors out, the image is rejected, not waved through. On Professional accounts, each story is signed with C2PA content credentials — a cryptographic, tamper-evident record of origin.

Photographing people and places

Street photography means real people in real locations. Our guidelines set the standard, and there’s a clear route to request a takedown of a specific image or precise location.

To request a takedown, use the support form and tell us which image or location it concerns. A human reviews every request.

Reporting

You can report any story or member from where you see it, and you can block a member outright. Reports go to a review queue where a person — not an algorithm — looks at them, and content that breaks the community guidelines comes down. We don’t promise a fixed turnaround; we do promise a human reads it.
